Gold: BIS-hallmarked with a unique HUID number (visible on the product and invoice).
Diamonds (Lab-Grown): Certified by IGI (preferred) or GIA; certificate number available on request or mentioned on select product pages.
Silver: Crafted in 925 sterling silver, with purity details mentioned on every product page.
Every piece undergoes a multi-step quality check before it reaches you.

Shipping: Pan-India, fully insured deliveries.

Delivery Timelines:
- Ready-to-Ship: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, delivered in 2–6 business days (depending on pincode).
- Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Handcrafted within 7–10 working days + transit time.

Store Pickup: Available from our Chandni Chowk, New Delhi studio (carry ID and order confirmation).

Try-at-Home: Not available yet.

Tracking: Real-time updates shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

Accepted Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Gold Jewellery: Not eligible for COD (prepaid only).
- Silver Jewellery: Partial COD available — 50% prepaid at checkout, 50% payable at delivery.

Returns (within 7 days):

Applicable only for manufacturing defects with valid unboxing video proof.
Requests can be raised through your order page; once approved, return shipping is on us.

Exchange (within 15 days):

Get 100% value back as per purchase invoice.
Shipping cost for exchanges is borne by the customer.

Buy-Back Policy:

Not applicable on lab-grown diamond (CVD) or customised pieces.
Eligible for: Only the metal value (as per declared purity) after inspection.
Diamond-studded jewellery: 80% of current market value.
Plain Gold / Gold Coins: At prevailing gold rate.
Market value is determined by the company at the time of exchange.
Shipping cost to us is borne by the customer for buy-back requests.

Yes, we offer minor customisations to make your jewellery truly yours.

Available Options: Ring sizing, chain length adjustments, choice of 9k/14k/18k gold, and engraving (where possible).
Lead Time: 7–10 working days for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Revisions: Possible only if feasible within design limitations.

Policy: Custom pieces are not eligible for return or buy-back. Exchange eligibility varies. Refer to the product page for details.
